The best way for a student to register is through our website. ESL students can register online if they have taken the placement test. In the weeks before our ESL classes start we hold ‘drop in’ registration for students to take the required placement tests to be placed in an ESL class. The ‘drop in’ registration is an open time and students do not need an appointment. Students should prepare that they may need to wait.

We are located at 4665 Bernal Avenue at the Pleasanton Unified School District Office. Our hours vary by day and we do not have open office hours at this point. Please contact us at (925) 463-0616 or adulteducation@pleasantonusd.net to arrange for an appointment or ask questions. ESL, Citizenship, high school equivalency and HiSET preparation classes are free. Many workshops and other classes are free, but some have a fee to cover the cost of materials. The pricing for each class is listed when you register for the class. Please refer to our student handbook for information about withdrawals and refund. The student handbook is available in English and other languages under the Resources tab of our website.

In cases of need, students may contact our office at adulteducation@pleasantonusd.net or (925) 463-0616 to discuss fee reduction or waiver. In some cases, the fee may be reduced or waived.
